About this work
The sun god Sol rides in his chariot in the sky, drawn by two horses. The sign of Leo indicates which people belong to the sphere of influence of Sol. The people, who are born under this zodiac sign, engage in sporting activities. Below him people engage in fencing, wrestling, doing a handstand, ball games and acrobatics. They are watched by a royal couple on a balcony. At the bottom of the margin a text in Latin about the children of Sol.
