Portrait of Emperor Charles V, wearing a crown and a richly embroidered, fur-lined mantle. In one hand he holds a large sword, in the other an orb. He stands beside a pedestal on which rests the helmet of his armor. The pedestal is decorated with his coat of arms. The background offers a view of the sea with ships and a dolphin. In the upper left corner: fol: 16.
