Female personification of Peace, sitting on a throne. In her hands she holds a cornucopia and the caduceus, to the left and right of the throne musical and scientific instruments symbolizing the liberal arts. In the background the recovery after the war of agriculture and house building. Title print for the series 'Celeberrimi ad Pacificandum Christiani nominis orbem Legati Monasterium et Osnabrugas etc.', Antwerp 1648. Series of portraits after paintings by Anselmus van Hulle of all delegates at the peace negotiations in Münster and Osnabrück.
