About this work
The ship designed by Carlo Pasetti, shown during the festive celebration of the marriage of Leopold I and Margaretha Theresia of Spain in 1667 in Vienna. The ship represents Argo, the ship of the Argonauts. Fame sits high on the stern and blows her trumpet. The side of the ship is decorated with tritons.
