Procession at the inauguration of the University of Leiden, 8 February 1575. Procession depicted in four rows above each other. Bottom left the ship with Apollo, Neptune and the nine Muses. Further soldiers, musicians, allegorical figures representing the sciences, dignitaries, town criers and professors. Figures and parts in the representation are indicated with numbers and letters.
