About this work
The army of Timotheus marches against Judea and fights against the Jews. Five riders on horses with golden bridles appear in the sky, taking their place at the head of the Jewish troops. They pelt the men of Timotheus with arrows and lightning. Below the image a reference in Latin to the Biblical text in 2 Maccabees 10.
