About this work
The army of Timotheus marches against Judea and fights the Jews. Five riders on horses with golden bridles appear in the sky, taking command of the Jewish troops. They pelt Timotheus's men with arrows and lightning. Below the image a Latin reference to the Biblical text in 2 Maccabees 10.
