Various scenes from the Gospel of Matthew where Christ heals people. The scenes are numbered by passage. Far left of the print Christ brings the daughter of the leader of the synagogue back to life (Matthew 9:25). In the middle of the print Christ heals a woman who had suffered from bleeding for eight years (Matthew 9:20-22). He also drives demons out of the bodies of two possessed men. The released demons then drive a herd of pigs into the water (Matthew 8:28-34). In the background Christ heals two blind men (Matthew 9:27-30) and sends John the Baptist from prison his disciples to Christ with the question if he is the messiah (Matthew 11:2-6). Christ answers that his miracles form the proof.
