About this work
Eighteen different views of human heads. Below these studies are three studies of putti; some studies of women's heads, some with a veil or a helmet; studies of men's heads, some with a helmet, a cloth or a laurel wreath and one study of a man in Eastern dress. The print comes from a series of presumably twelve study examples for young artists.
