About this work

In a tree-filled landscape, the prodigal son kneels at the trough of the pigs in the right foreground. Two birds in the left foreground. A city in the distance in the right background. For this print the plate of the print Hol 13-I with the Temptation of Christ was used. Christ and the devil are removed and the prodigal son at the pigs is added in the same spot.
