About this work

A man is led by Divine Grace (Gratia) to God the Father. He kneels humbly. The face of God the Father is surrounded by sun rays and cherubim. Between them stands Christ in the role of mediator. The representation is clarified in the Latin, Dutch, French and German inscriptions in the margin. Numbered in the lower left: 4.
