Top row from left to right: Carrying of the Cross, Christ shown to the people (Ecce homo), Crowning with thorns. Bottom row from left to right: Scourging, Christ before Pilate, Arrest. This print is part of (the second state of) a series of 13 oval and 7 round depictions with scenes from the Passion narrative and scenes from the life of Mary, distributed over 5 (first state: 3) copper plates. A title print also belongs to this second state of the series (RP-P-1909-2814).
