About this work
Rectangle, surrounded by an ornamental border, subdivided into ten fields, which are themselves subdivided into ten small fields. Forty-five of those small fields are left empty, fifty-five are filled with small representations of a juridical nature. For example, short juridical sayings ('Do ut des'), transactions, contracts etc. are depicted. This sheet is part of a series of sheets with always (space for) ten times ten small juridical representations. Possibly concerns illustrations for a book.
