About this work
Various coins and engraved stones. In the middle left, a medal with the head of the Queen of the East, with hair raised, tapering into an elephant's head, wearing a small crown on her head; below, an (antique) rudder with a fish and the VOC emblem, around which a laurel branch is draped. This medal was issued in 1784 in honor of the French Vice-Admiral De Suffren.
