Princess Wilhelmina of Orange, her daughter-in-law Princess Wilhelmina and her grandson Willem flee from the French to England. Princess Wilhelmina stands on the beach of Scheveningen. A soldier helps her daughter-in-law out of the carriage. Other men are busy loading their baggage. The people have come to say farewell.
