About this work
The high priest Jehoiada raises the boy Joash to king. His grandmother Athaliah tries to kill him and is taken prisoner by the palace guards. Illustration for the Old Testament, 2 Kings 11. Under the representation a title in Hebrew, English, German, Latin, French and Dutch.
