About this work

At Joseph's order his men search the baggage of his brothers. In the bag of his youngest brother Benjamin they find a golden cup. Benjamin is taken prisoner and brought back to Joseph. Illustration for the Old Testament, Genesis 44:12-34. Below the scene a title in Hebrew, English, German, Latin, French and Dutch.
