About this work
God punishes the Egyptians by killing all their firstborn. In every house a dead child is to be mourned. Also the son of the pharaoh is killed. In the upper right the angel of God who has brought death over Egypt. Illustration for the Old Testament, Exod. 12:29-33. Below the scene a title in Hebrew, English, German, Latin, French, and Dutch.
