About this work
Two views of lottery rhymes, each with its own number. Above no. 1265: a representation in a round frame of country life with among others a milking woman and a milkmaid. In the foreground a man touches a market woman. There is paper money on the ground. Below no. 1270: a representation in an octagonal frame of a river landscape. A man with a stick is on one side of the river. On the other bank is a woman. In the background two cows. The print has a page number at the top right.
