Disturbances as the deputies of Dordrecht, Messrs. Gevaerts and De Gijzelaar, drive their carriage through the Stadhouderspoort into the Binnenhof, and their horses are seized by the bit by the Hague wig-maker F. Mourand, 17 March 1786. On the left, the assembled civic guard; on the right, the advocate Van Nispen defends the carriage.
