About this work
Atalanta sits with bow and arrow before a house, surrounded by two ladies and four gentlemen. She looks curiously at the young Myrtillus, who takes off his hat and greets her. An old man looks down from a window of the house. In the right foreground, a boy points to the group. In the lower margin, twice a three-line French and German text.
