About this work
The personification of Labor (Labor) kneels before Christ. The personification of Charity (Caritas) connects the two with a cord coming from heaven. Diligence and Labor are rewarded after death with the love of Christ. The print has a Latin inscription and is part of a series on the rewards of human labor.
