About this work
In the upper center sits a putto. To his left and right hangs a garland, held up by a child. From a series of 32 sheets. The cartouches are partly borrowed from the prints of Antonio Fantuzzi after the decoration of the Gallery of François I by Giovanni Battista Rosso. The series is also known under the title Petits cartouches de Fontainebleau.
