About this work
At the top sit two angels. To their left and right stands a satyr. From a series of 32 sheets. The cartouches are partly borrowed from the prints of Antonio Fantuzzi after the decoration of the Gallery of François I by Giovanni Battista Rosso. The series is also known under the title Petits cartouches de Fontainebleau.
