About this work
In the frame stands a winged woman on both left and right. From a series of 32 sheets. The cartouches are partly derived from the prints of Antonio Fantuzzi after the decoration of the Gallery of François I by Giovanni Battista Rosso. The series is also known under the title Petits cartouches de Fontainebleau.
