About this work

The actor Ichikawa Danjûrô VII (1791-1859) in the role of Shibaraku, a sword in his left hand and a gold cloud in the upper left. On his kimono are Genji wheels (Genjiguruma) visible, referring to the role of Usui no Sadamitsu in the play *Yama mata yama*. With one poem.
