About this work
The detail of the abdominal cavity consists of superimposed flaps with specific anatomical details; from skin, internal organs, and the ribcage. The same applies to the stomach. Her right foot rests on a skull viewed from below, which conceals several superimposed prints with depictions of the brain. Behind the flap of the smoke of the phoenix, the genitalia are visible. This part also has flaps with anatomical details. Text in Latin on a ribbon and cartouche. At anatomical details, letters refer to a missing explanatory legend. On the lower sheet, text from Psalm 102:4 in Latin in book type within a frame of fleurons.
