About this work
Saint Peter of Kalmpthout, dressed in Premonstratensian clothing, an axe in one hand, a Bible in the other. An angel on the clouds holds a palm branch and crowns Peter with a laurel wreath. Next to Saint Peter of Kalmpthout stands the model of a church on a pedestal. On the pedestal two reliefs depicting the martyrdom of Saint Peter of Kalmpthout. At the bottom on the pedestal a four-line text in Latin. Print from a series of saints.
