About this work

Album with 71 illustrations and descriptions in book printing on 78 album leaves. It mainly consists of calligraphic writing samples, with texts in various languages. The writing samples appeared under the title: Spieghel der schrijfkonste. Also included are various prefaces, threshold poems, descriptions of the letter types and the technique of calligraphy. Half-leather binding with marbled boards.
