Mary with Child and St. Anne, Sitting on a Throne with Baldachin. The Child Sits on Mary's Lap, Who Holds a Bunch of Grapes in Her Right Hand. On the Lap of St. Anne a Bible, Open to the Text of Isaiah 9:6, in Which the Birth of Christ Is Announced. Above the Throne in a Cloud Five Little Angels Holding an Open Music Book in Which Musical Notation of the Four-Part Motet 'Ave gratia plena' by Cornelis Verdonck. Two Little Angels Playing the Zink and the Viola da Braccio. On the Edge of the Throne a Quotation from Luke 1: MATER MEA ET FRATRES MEI HI SUNT, QUI VERBUM DEI AUDIUNT ET FACIUNT.
