View of a part of the imperial summer palace, in a landscape with hills and a lake, in Chengde (Jehol), China. In the 18th century, the emperors of the early Qing dynasty built a refuge in the mountains, surrounded by walls. It was provided with parks with lakes, pagodas, and palaces. Title in Chinese in the top right.
