About this work
Naomi travels with her two daughters-in-law to Judah. On the way she sends the women back to their parental home. Orpah departs, but Ruth stays with Naomi. Ruth and Naomi sit on stones on the bank of a river. Orpah departs with her baggage under her arm. Under the representation a reference in Latin to the Bible text in Ruth 1.
