About this work
The army of Timotheus marches against Judea and fights against the Jews. Five riders on horses with golden bridles appear in the sky, taking the lead of the Jewish troops. They pelt the men of Timotheus with arrows and lightning. Below the image, a Latin reference to the Biblical text in 2 Maccabees 10:29. This print is part of an album.
