Paul is presented to King Agrippa and Bernice by Festus. It is decided to send Paul to Rome. Below the image a reference in Latin to the biblical text in Acts 25:25. The cited verse is actually Acts 24:24. It is possible that Visscher refers in this print to another theme: Paul presented to Felix and his wife Drusilla. This print is part of an album.
