Four numbered depictions. Top left: God the Father gives seven angels a trumpet. Below the depiction, a reference to the Bible text in Rev. 8:2. Top right: The first of the seven angels blows a trumpet. Hail and fire descend upon the earth. Below the depiction, a reference to the Bible text in Rev. 8:7. Bottom left: The second angel blows a trumpet. A mountain where flames burst forth is thrown into the sea. Below the depiction, a reference to the Bible text in Rev. 8:8.
