About this work

In the Foreground the Son of Shelomit Blasphemes the Name of God with a Curse. This Is a Violation of the Second Commandment: "You Shall Not Use the Name of God Without Reverence." He Is Led Before Moses and as Punishment Stoned (Leviticus 24:10-23). The Print Bears a Latin Inscription. The Print Series Depicts the Ten Commandments by Means of Scenes from the Old Testament.
