Doctor Napoleon puts the European rulers on the pot, 1808

Napoleon as a doctor with a large wig on his head has a group of European rulers sit on a toilet. He invites John Bull (Great Britain), Sweden (Gustav IV Adolf), and Brazil (John VI, King of Portugal and Prince of Brazil) not to be shy and also take a seat on the toilets. On the toilets with their trousers down to their knees already sit Tsar Alexander I, Frederick William III of Prussia, Emperor Francis II, Pope Pius VII, the Spanish King Charles IV, and a fat Dutchman. Sultan Mustafa IV looks on in fright.
