About this work

The guests of the king are seated at the wedding feast. A man without wedding clothes tries to join the wedding feast but is stopped by the king. In the background, the man is punished by being thrown into the fire of hell. Below the image, a Latin reference to the biblical text in Matthew 22. This print is part of an album.
