About this work

The guests of the king are seated at the wedding feast. A man without wedding clothes wishes to join the wedding party but is stopped by the king. In the background, the man is punished by being thrown into the fires of hell. Below the image, a reference in Latin to the biblical text in Matt. 22. This print is part of an album.
