About this work

A console with a papal coat of arms, crowned with a tiara and two crossed keys. It concerns the coat of arms of Pope Pius II or Pope Pius III. Saturnus, with sickle and ears of corn, is possibly intended here as the personification of the Latin Empire. The print is part of an album.
