About this work
The tax collector Zacchaeus has climbed a fig tree to be able to see Christ, who is traveling through the city of Jericho. Christ sees Zacchaeus, speaks to him, and says that he wants to stay at his house today. Around Christ stand his disciples and bystanders. Below the scene, a reference in Latin to the Bible text in Luke 19. This print is part of an album.
