About this work

The tax collector Zacchaeus has climbed a fig tree to see Christ, who is passing through the city of Jericho. Christ sees Zacchaeus, speaks to him, and says that today he wants to stay at his house. Around Christ stand his disciples and onlookers. Below the representation, a reference in Latin to the biblical text in Luke 19:2. This print is part of an album.
