About this work

The tax collector Zacchaeus has climbed into a tree to see Christ at his entry into Jericho. Christ calls Zacchaeus to him and forgives his sins after he has shown repentance. The print bears a Latin inscription and is part of a series on repentance and contrition in the Old and New Testament.
