About this work

Seated lady Tamamushi with the warrior Nasu no Yochi from the 12th century in the background. Nasu no Yochi was a renowned archer of the Minamoto clan who could shoot a fan out of the hands of Lady Tamamushi onto one of the ships during the Battle of Yashima in 1185. With two poems.
