About this work
At the bottom, Adam and Eve are bound to the tree of knowledge of good and evil with the serpent in it. Next to them are Moses, kings, priests, a soldier and other figures. At the top of the tree, Mary floats with angels on a cloud. With her left foot she stands on a half moon and tramples the serpent in the tree.
