About this work
Lot and Abraham possessed so much livestock that there was not enough land, and the shepherds of Lot and the shepherds of Abram quarrelled with each other. Therefore, Abraham proposes to Lot that they separate. In the foreground, they bid each other farewell and go in different directions. Below the representation, a reference in Latin to the Biblical text in Gen. 13. Print is part of an album.
