About this work
The drunken Noah lies half-naked asleep before his tent and is mocked by Cham. Shem and Japheth walk backward with a mantle to cover their father. The print is part of a series on the Ten Commandments and depicts a violation of the fourth commandment: Honor thy father and thy mother. A reference to the biblical text in Latin appears in the lower margin. The print is part of an album.
