About this work

Susanna is led by soldiers to the place of execution. A large crowd follows her. The young Daniel loudly proclaims that he is not guilty of Susanna's blood. Thereupon Daniel is allowed to interrogate the elders to bring to light the false testimony of the two. Below the image a reference in Latin to the biblical text in Daniel 13:45. Print is part of an album.
