About this work

Susanna is led to the place of execution by soldiers. A large crowd follows her. Young Daniel loudly proclaims his innocence regarding Susanna's blood. Consequently, Daniel is permitted to interrogate the elders to expose the false testimony of the two accusers. Below the image, a Latin reference to the Biblical text in Daniel 13:45. This print is part of an album.
