Woman on a Bridge Looking at the Moon

A woman stands on a bridge and lifts her headscarf to look at the moon, seeing it as a hare sailing in a boat; a reference to the belief that a hare lived in the moon who there made the elixir of life with a pestle. In her hand she holds a basket containing tofu. The bridge can be recognized as the Nihonbashi bridge in Tokyo by its iron knobs. With two poems.
